How the USWFS can gather the strengths of those unifying together.

This has been the topic of many conversations I’ve been having since the announcement of the United States Wildland Fire Service. Not only “how will this work,” but “how can we build a new and unifying culture with these very distinct, and in some cases different, pieces?”

While easier said than done, it’s pretty straightforward… with a recognition that …
