Sometimes you just want a damn good sandwich. A toasted buttery bun, fresh veggies, quality protein, and super saucy. I have had bad luck lately at restaurants when I think I’m ordering a baller sandwich so I put together this Bison Sloppy Joe covered in veggies that meets my expectations. Quick, easy, and delicious.

I am fortunate to have such a good bakery close to where I live. If you do as well go out and try to find fresh Ciabatta bread or rolls from your local bakery. It’s always good to support local.
