Helicopter Crashes During Bucket Operations on Alberta Wildfire.
Pilot Fatally Injured.
It was reported today that a Bell 205A crashed while conducting bucket operations near Haig Lake in the Peace River Region. The 41-year-old pilot from Whitecourt was flying solo at the time of the accident.
