It’s March, it’s Monday, two podcasts coming this week, all my old fire buddies are telling me to buy bitcoin, and the mainstream has already started to fear monger about the 2024 fire season … what’s new. Well, this workout is new.
I always find it fascinating how you traditionally see a staggering of fire resources coming on the boards. Some Hotshots are already on, and some are still hopping on ski lifts out west or running races in Moab. But the same is true for all. You gotta get good at hiking; your cardio needs to be dialed, and keeping track of how your body is feeling is very important.

But we can tailor workouts that can help as well. Today is just that. Buckle up and start March off with some positive gains.
So find yourself a good soundtrack or podcast, and let’s get it done.
Get loose and dynamic stretch until warmed up.
