Its Monday. We all know you have a busy day of drinking coffee, looking at camper shells, finding brunch, checking your crypto portfolio, and hitting the ski hill. So todays session is a quick Hotshot workout that you’ll be happy with even though it fits into a busy schedule.
Start with a protein shake and a large glass of water at least 30 mins before you begin.
Stretch
1 mile warm up. The first 1\4 mile slow, second 1\4 increase, third 1\4 increase, last 1\4 keep it just under a sprint.
Dynamic stretching until loose
Pull up pyramid to 7 and back. In between sets of pullups do wall sit for 30 seconds. Add a 25lb plate or medicine ball if these are not challenging.
Rest and shake it out
100 lunges - form is important
Rest and shake it out
100 air squats - form is important
In rotation do the following :
