Today is Independence Day. Our freedom was not secured by weak individuals. They were strong, fit, and people willing to go the extra mile for what they believed in. Today let’s honor our freedom by working a bit for it. This morning’s workout is meant to make you feel great while your doing it, and to be thankful when it’s over. Remember freedom isn’t free, and fitness doesn’t come easy.
Let’s do this.
First make sure you have some sort of calories in you before this workout and ensure you are hydrated.
Start with a warm up 2 miles. Start slow, use the first mile to loosen up and get your breathing right. Push the pace on the second mile ending the last 1/4 mile near a sprint.
Stretch, shake it out, get ready to go.
Round 1 : repeat 3 times
