In the off season there are times when you are traveling and away from a gym. But can we still get a burner of a workout in even if we are on the road, at the family’s house, or hanging out on a beach in Puerto Rico. There is no excuse to not get it done. I picked up this “do it anywhere” workout from my brother when he was training to jump and needed a quick calisthenics training session and was away from a gym.
First drink a protein shake and a glass of water 30 mins before this workout.
Stretch until lose.
Run a warmup mile.
First 1\4 mile slow, second 1\4 faster, third 1\4 faster, last 1\4 just under a sprint.
Stretch with dynamic stretches. Focus on the chest, triceps, quads, and hamstrings.
Ok we are ready.
