Monday Morning Workout
Even though it’s a holiday, President’s Day, we still have to get something done. Yeah, the banks are closed as well as other businesses but that’s no excuse not to train. So let’s get after it.
Before you start the workout make sure you drink a protein shake and a glass of water at least 30 mins before the workout.
Alright, let’s go.
Start with dynamic stretching until loose. Find areas that are tight and work those more before you begin. We will be working the legs and chest today.
