Many folks are debating whether they should make a resolution this time of year. On both sides of the coin, people have valid arguments. One group will say that this is all a cliché and you shouldn’t need to make a resolution. Some people think they are stupid. On the other side of the coin, some people get excited about their resolutions and look forward to the changes they will make.
No matter which side of the aisle you fall on, it is essential to have some routine, especially when it comes to health and fitness. If you already find yourself a fit, healthy individual, a resolution could be working on consistency. I have found this to be one of the most valuable tools in maintaining my health and fitness. So whether or not you’re the type to make a resolution, I would encourage all to consider it and work to be consistent and follow through with your newly formed goals.
