Monday Morning Workout: Building Over Time.
Back with another one. This is a workout that increases the work load as we go. Each round gets longer and longer. If you need something for today, tomorrow, or during R&R this is one that can be done in the morning and you’ll have the rest of the day to play.
Get it done.
Before you start the workout make sure you drink a protein shake and a glass of water at least 30 mins before the workout.
Alright, let’s go.
Start with dynamic stretching until loose. Find areas that are tight and work those more before you begin.
1 mile warm up run. Start slow and work up the pace through the entire mile.
Cool time to get after it.
