The weekend is over and it’s time to get back after it. We all have a burger or a beer we need to work off. This morning’s workout will get our cardiovascular system up and running, and rowing, and carrying. Lets get those lungs working! It’s a multi round grinder for time. Feel free to post your times below.
Before you start make sure to drink a protein shake and a large glass of water at least 30 mins before you start.
Alright lets get it done!
Start with a slow mile warm up. Don’t push it too hard, we can do that in a bit.
Get loose. Do some dynamic stretching and ensure you are feeling ready. No need to rush this part.
