It’s Monday again. You’ve either been called out to the Southern Area for Pre Po, started critical training, or about to come on. This workout can be done in any fire district station you’ve been assigned to, at home, or at the gym. We’ve all heard of circuit workouts, they are probably my favorite. You are quickly moving from once exercise to another with short breaks in-between. So find a place to get set up and crush it out.
Drink a large glass of water and a quality protein shake at least 30 mins before you start.
Let’s get loose.
Run a mile at a pace where you have broken a sweat by the end. Fast but don’t kill yourself.
Stretch and make sure your body is warmed up.
Ok, Lets do this. There are three circuits in total.
Circuit 1 : Repeat 3 times
15 jump squats
10 kettle bell swings
7 pullups
35 flutter kicks
