The natural tendency is to slow down in the winter. It’s actually ingrained in our DNA. But we shouldn’t stop moving all together. This is a great opportunity to practice self motivation. Get yourself up, get some good food, coffee, and move your body. The reward is free endorphins! Don’t be a lazy bones.
