The natural tendency is to slow down in the winter. It’s actually ingrained in our DNA. But we shouldn’t stop moving all together. This is a great opportunity to practice self motivation. Get yourself up, get some good food, coffee, and move your body. The reward is free endorphins! Don’t be a lazy bones.

Find a good soundtrack or podcast to get you through the workout.

Get loose, run 2 miles before we dive in. If you need new shoes we are giving a pair away on Friday!

Get your heart rate up and break a sweat. Get a dynamic stretch in.
