Monday Morning Workout: Don't Ignore the Core
As the season rolls on the longer we go, the more likely we lose that 6 pack. The dreaded skinny fat starts to become a reality. Mostly due to all the fire lunch food and packaged pastries for breakfast that warm up on the dash. Today we bring a bunch of core movements into this circuit. 6 packs are earned.
Lets get it done.
First, make sure you’re well hydrated before the workout.
Loosen up, dynamic stretch, and get a good soundtrack going.
