Yes, it’s snowing. At least where I am. Don’t let that slow you down though. The sooner you let yourself fall into that sedentary rut, the longer it’ll last and the more difficult it’ll be to get out. Stay on top of your fitness because once February rolls around, you’ll be ahead of the game.
