Monday Morning Workout: Easter Legs.
A lot of us may have eaten too much ham yesterday. Maybe even Rum ham. Leftovers may be plentiful and egg salad might be on the menu for a week. So let’s burn some of that off. Today’s workout focuses on legs and core. For those of you already on a fire, you can use this as your workout on the second day of R&R. So let’s harness the power of the Easter Bunny, shake off the chocolate eggs and ham slices, and get jacked.
First:
Drink a large glass of water and a protein shake at least 30 mins before your workout.
Warm Up:
Run two miles. First mile at a slow pace. Truly use it as a warm up. Second mile sub 8 Min.
Stretch and get loose. Ensure your legs and core are ready to work.
