It’s Halloween and the spooky season. A lot of thing can give us that frightening feeling… Scary Halloween movies, going to Halloween parties and not remembering how you got home, and binge eating candy in your costume until you pass out. Getting up on Monday and crushing a workout can be spooky too, but we have to get after it. Be like the seasonal “o’lanterns” and get “jack”ed.
Let’s get started.
Make sure you are loose and ready to go. Find a good soundtrack or podcast and let’s do this.
Run a mile to get loose. Bounce around and be light on your feet. Don’t have it be a bland mile warmup.
Dynamic stretch until you feel fully loose.
