Here’s today’s Red Flag Warnings…
Pack tests are already being scheduled; some are already done. Some people make fun of the pack test, and I can completely understand that, but it seems someone dies every year doing it. So cardiovascular health is key for everyone involved.
Some crews are fully on. Midewin Hotshots already have half their first tour already in the books. Overhead from across the nation have been burning and are about to start getting prepped for critical training. So if you haven’t started getting after it, it’s time to do so.
So find yourself a good soundtrack or podcast, and let’s get it done.
Get loose and dynamic stretch until warmed up.
Round 1: Three times (form is important)
30 walking lunges
50 air squats
7 pull-ups (assisted if needed)
10 good clean box jumps
