Monday Morning Workout: It's all a Mindset.
Monday has come again. This time celebrate Monday, you only get so many in life. Whether the Sun is shining and the birds are chirping or if it’s raining and soggy, breath in the fresh week like you own it because you do. Lets take that energy now and crush out a workout.
First, make sure you’re well hydrated before the workout.
Loosen up, dynamic stretch, and find some good music or a podcast if you want a soundtrack.
