It’s Labor Day. So we might as well do some labor. Some of you may be working and earning time and a half, others may have the day off. But… I think it’s a good time to work the body, work the legs, and work the core on a day that celebrates American laborers. So what a better way than to put together a circuit workout of Labor Day lunges.
First:
Make sure you’re well hydrated before the workout.
Loosen up, dynamic stretch, and find some good music or a podcast, you want a soundtrack.
