Monday Morning Workout: May Day
One more hard one before we get busy.
May day. It’s Monday morning so let’s get moving. Here is a workout that will leave you feeling like you can dominate your week. Put aside the time to crush this out and feel good about the progress you’ve made in your personal training.
Start with a protein shake and a large glass of water at least 30 mins before you begin.
1 mile warm up. The first 1\4 mile slow, second 1\4 increase, third 1\4 increase, last 1\4 keep it just under a sprint.
Dynamic stretching until loose
Pull up pyramid to 7 and back.
