I know a lot of folks are busy during the summer, but it’s still important to try and maintain fitness as the warm days go by. Whether it’s on R&R or swinging a kettlebell on slow days, it’s a good idea to keep up with what you’ve already built. Always be sure to rest when needed and stretch to keep as limber as possible.
