Happy New Year to everyone out there. Hopefully, the champagne hangover is too intense. 2024 has started, and it’s getting closer to the next fire season, so I’ve put together a workout to help build those hiking muscles that will desperately be needed come springtime.

It’s a grind and a burner.

So find yourself a good soundtrack or podcast, and let’s get it done.

Get loose and dynamic stretch until warmed up.

Round 1: Three times

  • 40 weighted step-ups (use weight that makes sense)
