Rise and shine and drink it in like fine wine. Another morning and another day to make yourself a little better than the day before. When we had slow days out on fire, we often put together pyramid workouts. We were fortunate to have pullup bars on the backs of all our buggies. When those went away, Kelly bought a pullup bar we could attach to pine trees.
“Let’s got rack some out.”
This is a full-body workout that will test your patience and stamina. I broke my finger last week, so if I can still hammer this out with fingers taped together, so can you!
Note to self: running through the woods like a crazed Viking can lead to finger injuries….
Find yourself a good podcast or soundtrack.
Get loose and do some dynamic stretching.
