Monday Morning Workout: Put on Your Big Boy and Big Girl Pants.
Love Mondays, hate Mondays, or forgot it’s Monday?! Which ever one it is do yourself a favor and start the week off right with a workout. This one is kind of a banger so put on your big boy and big girl pants and crush it out.
Start with dynamic stretching until loose. Find areas that are tight and work those more before you begin. We will be working the legs and chest today.
1 mile warm up run. Start slow and work up the pace through the entire mile.
