This workout is a nice recovery session for R&R after a roll. I’ve always been one of the folks that thinks light activity during an R&R day is important. You don’t want to push too hard because you need to recover but you also want some movement to keep yourself limber. Hopefully this is the perfect balance for you all.
Before you start, drink a large glass of water and a protein shake at least 30 mins before you start.
Get loose and do some dynamic stretching.
