I know the snow is coming, so I’m getting in the last remaining trail runs I can before I have to consider using the dreaded treadmill once again. A little drizzle never hurt anyone, right? It’s that time of year when motivation to crush out a workout may become increasingly hard to find. But it’s best to dig deep and get out there and do it.
Consistency goes a very long way on the road to personal fitness. If you can stay consistent, you will see results in no time. But once you get fit, you gotta stay fit.
