This is probably one of my favorite workout circuits. It covers everything and does a great job burning up the legs. It’s also one that can be done almost anywhere and you’ll feel in the next day for sure. At the end I’ve added a pool workout that I would do once a week while training for fire season. Even Santa has to train for the season.
Find yourself a good soundtrack or podcast to get you through.

Warmup:
Stretch
1 mile warm up. The first 1\4 mile slow, second 1\4 increase, third 1\4 increase, last 1\4 keep it just under a sprint.
Dynamic stretching until loose
