Monday Morning Workout: "So, you wanna be on a saw?"
While everyone and their neighbor is talking about possible Bitcoin ETFs, the Defense Secretary in the Hospital, or whatever else is already happening in 2024… it’s important to burn off those external stressors.
I had a buddy who was lead saw on a Hotshot crew that wanted to make an infomercial product to be “saw fit.” Market it as a hokey 80’s infomercial with lumber “jacked” instructors and chainsaw molded weights. It was a sweet idea.
Today’s workout is focused on movements that help while running a chainsaw or any activities involving extended weighted movements. Plus, you’ll feel great after.
So find yourself a good soundtrack or podcast, and let’s get it done.
