Monday Morning Workout: Someone's Got a Case of the Monday's...
It’s Monday. Some of you are still finishing up rolls in R3 but a lot of you are back at the shop this morning. Well, no better time to crush out a workout and keep the fitness you built, before the season started. You know what they say, one way to get a fire is make plans, the other is hit a hard workout. So lets poke Big Ernie and get it done.
Before you start the workout make sure you drink a protein shake and a glass of water at least 30 mins before the workout.
