I was pretty excited to get a bin on the buggy when I first did. It’s basically a mobile studio apartment in the woods. A little extra space for food, a place to hang a shirt, and if you’re crafty, you can fit a kettlebell or two in there.
I understand that some people think it’s crazy to work out on the line. But whenever there was a slow day, I would rip out this workout and would instantly feel better. Other folks can rotate through after you’re done as well.
If you’re doing this in the gym or at home, find a good soundtrack or Podcast to get you through.

Find a kettlebell weight you can manage for these exercises. I understand we are limited in the field. I carried around a 35lb and 45lb kettlebell in my truck.
