In the late fall and winter months, I’ve not hiked or done cardio as much as I do in the Spring and Summer. Well, now is the time when I annually change that. Over the next few months, we will again start the transition into fire season training and up our cardio and hiking in our workouts.
As we get closer to the start of the season, I will once again begin putting together critical style workouts. I’ve put on about 8 lbs of lean muscle from my summer size and will probably shed a bit of that in the process. Diet and consistency matter.
