There are two great feelings on a Monday morning. First is the initial taste of coffee that you have to get the day started. Maybe it’s from your favorite cafe, a French press at home, a quick automated Keurig, or the first thing you do when you walk into the office.
The second great feeling on a Monday morning is finishing a hard workout. You get a sense of accomplishment, endorphins, and maybe even another cup of coffee when you‘re all done. The common denominator, they can both be a grind. Let’s get it done.
