We’re about to move into February, and folks have started burning more actively down in the Southeast and East Coast. Packs are slowly making their way back onto wildland firefighters, and a lot of smart people are predicting a very busy season.
So, we might as well try to get ahead of the curve and prep our bodies and minds for a grind that will be 2024. I think this workout will do just that.
So find yourself a good soundtrack or podcast, and let’s get it done.
Get loose and dynamic stretch until warmed up. If you need to adjust some of these numbers, that’s ok; just push yourself.
