R&R is always great to plan out when the fire roll is getting close to ending. Brunch spots are picked, plans in the Sun are made, and at least one day of tacos and cold drinks.
It’s a great habit to use one of your days to move a little bit as well. Nothing that’s going to be a rammer, but something to use to maintain and recover your body. So today, I put together a good recovery workout for folks that needed just that.
Find yourself a good podcast or soundtrack.
Get loose and do some dynamic stretching.
