We all climb mountains. Whether it’s physically, spiritually, or figuratively everyone has a hill in front of them to climb. The often forgotten reality is once you get to the top you are only halfway there. This is what I love about pyramid workouts. You work hard, break a sweat, and feel good once you get to the top. However, you still have half way to go. Let’s start the week right!
Start with dynamic stretching until loose. Find areas that are tight and work those more before you begin. We will be working the legs and chest today.
1 mile warm up run. Start slow and work up the pace through the entire mile.
Ok lets go.
