Monday Morning Workout: Time to March into Fire Season
Colorado had a wildfire yesterday. Arizona had a wildfire yesterday. Florida had a very busy week. Texas seems to be a year-round endeavor… It’s that month when we all March into fire season. So let’s get a workout in and get dialed in on our fitness and frame of mind.
Find a good soundtrack or Podcast to get you through.
Start with dynamic stretching. Get loose and warm up.
After this workout, you need to get a weighted hike in. If you live in Kansas and don’t even have a hill… get on the stair climber for 45 mins.
