Monday morning has come again. It’s time to be thankful you had a rest day and get back into the grind of things. I’ve put together a pyramid workout that will be tough for a lot of folks but it can be tapered just by increasing or decreasing the size of the pyramid.
Pyramid training is when you take an exercise and increase your reps set after set until you reach the desired “top” of the pyramid. Then you work your way back down.
Lets get started.
First :
Drink a glass of water and a protein shake at least 30 mins before the workout.
Stretch and get loose.
Start with a warm up mile. First 1\4 mile slow and increase fluidly until you end at a near sprint.
Dynamic stretch until you feel you are loose and warmed up.
