Every day when you wake up, it’s a good habit to try and make yourself better. It can be a short meditation, learning something new, diet choices, and keeping a strong and healthy body. Maybe it’s just trying something new or accepting what you can’t change, leaving room for the things you can.
Once you start to see positive change, you’ll only want to do it more. Let’s crush out a workout and work to find one thing every day this week to improve ourselves.

Get loose and do some dynamic stretching.
