Monday Morning Workout: Your Potential is Limitless, Your Motivation Determines Where You Go.
With September around the corner, it may be the time of the year where you start to let your fitness deteriorate a little bit before the winter hibernation. I would encourage you to try and break that trend this year. The potential one has, has no limits. However, it takes self created motivation to get it done. So take a deep breath and push through those mental walls.
First:
Make sure you’re well hydrated before the workout.
Loosen up, dynamic stretch, and find some good music or a podcast you want a soundtrack.
Ok cool, lets get started.
