Suspect charged with four additional felonies.
An individual from West Virginia is being charged with murder after the death of a Division of Forestry employee, Cody Mullens, who died due to a tree strike on the fire. The suspect, David A. Bass, is also accused of arson and intentionally starting the wildfire in Fayette County. The fire burned hundreds of acres.
