In a new report a NWCG Committee admits fire shelters Made Before 2006 come apart in entrapments. The committee has released a statement with pictures attached saying in real life entrapments and in testing fire shelters pre 2006 delaminate when fire and heat come in contact with them.
They also provide visual references to identify these shelters.
