PG&E Admits a Criminal Investigation is Underway for the Mosquito Fire.

Forest Service Confiscates Their Power Pole.

As we reported earlier in the month rumors have been swirling that the Mosquito Fire started underneath a power pole owned by PG&E. Firefighters who were first on scene passed on information to me that they believed this may be the cause of this fire. I passed along to my readers and listeners that this could potentially be the case since PG&E had filed with state regulators saying that one of their lines had “tripped” the day the Mosquito Fire started. The official cause is yet to be determined.
