I crave pasta sometimes but try to stay away from all that heavy carb and gluten loading. I had never cooked squash much until I was introduced to Spaghetti Squash. It’s quite the amazing gourd.
Add a little bacon on top and its insanely good.
What you’ll need: Feeds two hungry fit individuals
1 large Spaghetti Squash
1 carrot
1 head of garlic
5-6 pieces of bacon
3 tablespoons of room temperature butter
Fresh Rosemary and Sage
1 cup of Spinach
3\4 block of Goat Cheddar
1 cup Almond or dairy milk
A pinch of red pepper flakes
Olive oil
Salt and Pepper
Dried Thyme and Oregano
Tin Foil
First, find someone to share this meal with.
Second, put on some good music.
Third, find a drink of any kind.
