Southwest Area Moves to a Planning Level 4.

I predict PL3 Nationally soon.

After multiple large incidents broke out in the last 24 hours in Arizona and New Mexico the Southwest Coordination Center has moved Region 3 into planning level 4. A PL4 this early into the fire season is notable and should open some eyes going forward.
