  • The Southwest GACC has started ordering out-of-region Hotshot Crews for pre-position; some started their travel this morning.

  • After a Service Bulletin came out for Air Attack platforms, 45-50 aircraft are currently out of service.

  • This makes up nearly 75% of Air Attack platforms, which are now out of service—a big deal.

  • Manitoba is putting an $80M down payment on three new Scoopers, which won’t be in service until 2031.
