I like nachos. I mean only creepy people don’t like nachos right? But the main problem with the finger food I so adore is you can never find them crispy enough. If you serve me a soggy nacho I might consider checking your chin… or at least make fun of your soggy chips. They have got to be crispy, fully loaded, and made with quality produce and meats. I got you covered.
Here’s what you need :
1 lb of Chicken
1 Red Bell Pepper Diced
1 Red Onion Diced
Cilantro Chopped
1 Lime
1 bag of chips
Olive Oil
A good Goat Cheddar or Cow’s Milk Cheddar shredded.
Salt and Pepper
Garlic chopped
1 Jar of your Favorite Salsa {I use Peach Habanero for this}
1 Jalapeno “If you like it spicy”
1 Avocado
Apple Cider Vinegar
