While most people in the wildfire world are skiing, attending conferences, and pile burning, we are getting the first glimpse of the 2025 spring fire season today. This is coming after places like the Salmon-Challis National Forest officially declared all 70 wildfires “out” today, effectively ending the 2024 fire season in Idaho.
