Police had been in contact with the individual before for trespassing in Idaho.
Born in California.
No motive.
Was using a shotgun while in a tree, police still canvassing the scene for more evidence.
He grew up in an arborist family, and knew how to climb trees well.
Grandfather says he wanted to be a firefighter.
No evidence he applied to work Fire in that town.
Looked like he lived in his vehicle and described as a transient.
A conversation with firefighters occurred before the shooting began.
