Monday Morning Workout: Spring Ahead.
Monday fun day… Did anyone get caught off guard by the “spring ahead” yesterday? Imagine if the natural world did that… Do the roosters adjust their morning crow routine because the clocks have moved? Twice a year, the chicken coop would wake up a little confused and irritated. Ducks around the world would miss the morning briefing for that day’s migratory route.
Imagine waking up in your beaver lodge and getting ready for a day of cutting, you show up at the job site, and your co-worker beavers are like, “What the hell, dude? We’ve been here for an hour. Didn’t you know our beaver bureaucrats make us change our clocks twice a year?”
Fish show up late for school, owls and wolves are late to night shift, and mosquitos realize they just lost 10% of their lifespan…
Either way… it’s a new week, and we should work out the body to get going.
So find yourself a good soundtrack or podcast, and let’s get it done.
Get loose and dynamic stretch until warmed up.
